  1. Remove each cluster from the lash pad with applicator.
  2. Place the cluster under your natural lashes.
  3. Try them out & discover all kinds of new looks with Lashies!
  4. Enjoy up to 7 days of wear. To remove, gently peel off from the outer edge inward.
  5. REMOVAL: Starting from the outer edges, use your fingers to gently pull the lash from the eye by the tips of the clusters..

After you make your purchase, it’s normal for it to take up to 48 hours for the shipment to be processed before it ships out, which isn’t included in the shipping times. Please do note, our warehouse is closed on the weekends and holidays so any orders made then will be processed on the following business day. 

  • You can file a claim through Route for a missing package if the tracking hasn’t updated within the 5 days of the last update. (For example: If the last update on your tracking is April 4th, then you can file your claim on April 6th.)
  • If your tracking shows delivered before reaching out we recommend waiting up to 24 hours. While it’s rare, tracking can be marked delivered by mistake and you could receive the package the next day.

The Lashies clusters stay on using advanced nano-grip technology, which provides a secure and comfortable hold throughout the day without damaging your natural lashes.
You can easily remove the lash clusters by gently peeling them off. No makeup remover is needed, but if you prefer, you can use a gentle oil-free remover to make the process smoother.
Each package provides 2-3 applications. Some customers use as few as 1 cluster per eye, while others use up to 5, depending on their eye shape, size, and desired look.
Each application can last up to 7 days, but it depends on your desired wear time. If you wear them for 1-2 days, you can reuse them multiple times. Natural makeup wearers, especially those using them for 24-48 hours, can potentially get up to 5 reusable applications. For 7-day wear, it’s best to keep a very natural base to maintain durability. Heavy makeup, mascara, or lots of eye makeup can cause wear and tear on the nano-grip dots. After 7 days, we recommend disposing of them for hygiene and a fresh look.
To make your Lashies clusters last 7 days, apply them to clean, dry lashes and avoid using heavy makeup, oils, or mascara around the eye area. Stick to a natural makeup base to reduce buildup on the nano-grip dots, and be gentle when cleaning around your eyes. Refrain from rubbing or tugging on the clusters, and they should stay secure and fresh for the full 7 days.
Yes, we recommend disposing of the Lashies clusters after 7 days, not only for hygiene reasons but also to ensure a fresh look. After a week of wear, the nano-grip dots may lose their effectiveness, and buildup from natural oils and makeup can affect their performance.

Surprisingly doable !

These under lash clusters actually work for me. I think it will only get easier and faster to apply with practice. I love not having to use glue or mascara. One more plus is... no visible lash line!

I feel beautiful!!!

This kit is everything you need to get started with Lashies Lash Clusters. I love the Jazzie clusters. I followed the tips from a review video suggesting that you rotate back and forth between sizes. So I started with 16 mm cluster at the outer corner of my eyes, then overlapped the edge with a 14 mm cluster, then 16 mm, then 14 mm, then 12 mm. I overlapped the edges. I am very pleased with the look. For a more natural look, I've done 12 and 10 mm on my eyes, too. Using the 16, 14, and 12 mm together creates a more dramatic look. You can see that in the photos for this review. I feel beautiful when wearing these lash clusters, and getting ready to go out is so much faster when wearing them. I just throw on some foundation, highlighter, blush, and setting powder. Nothing else needed on my eyes. I actually feel already put together first thing in the morning, even without makeup. I've showered while wearing them--face fully in the water--and they came through great! Just don't rub your eyes. The longest I've worn them is 6 days. When putting them on, I recommend that you trim the little plastic edges off on the clusters you place on the outer corner of your eyes and inner corners of your eyes so the edges don't irritate your eyes. If you're on the fence, don't delay any longer. These are great.
