After you make your purchase, it’s normal for it to take up to 48 hours for the shipment to be processed before it ships out, which isn’t included in the shipping times.   • You can file a claim through Route for a missing package if the tracking hasn’t updated within the 5 days of the last update. (For example: If the last update on your tracking is April 4th, then you can file your claim on April 6th.)

Of course! MoxieLash Magnetic Eyeliner is typically safe for people with sensitive skin. Our formula has absolutely no heavy metals or parabens. It contains iron powder, which is non-toxic according to the EWG. If you have specific concerns or have recently undergone eye surgery, please consult your doctor.
First things first- prime your eyes! Primer is optional, but if you want your makeup to stay longer, you should do this and set your primer with a translucent powder or eyeshadow. Next, shake your Magnetic Eyeliner, then open and sweep the brush against the rim to remove any excess liner. Apply the liner from the inner corner to the outer corner of your eyelid, allowing the magnetic liquid liner to dry for three minutes. After three - five minutes, touch the back of your finger against the liner—if no residue comes off, it’s fully dry! Then, get your favorite pair of Moxie lashes and place them close to the liner to level up your lash game.
With proper care and storage, your MoxieLash lashes will last you 50 uses. Bionic Silk MoxieLash lashes will last up to 60 uses!
Lifted lash corners are NO fun. To tackle lifted corners, we recommend curling the lash band around your finger to bend the lash band itself. This helps loosen it up so that it flexes and contours to your eye shape. Another tip is adding a little extra liner in the stubborn area itself to keep your lash secure!
Are your lashes a little too long? Good news— they’re customizable! To trim your lashes, measure the lash on your eye before applying the Magnetic Liner and decide how much you need to trim off. Take our MoxieLash Scissors and snip off the excess from the outer corner flush to the last magnet. Then apply your liner and lashes like normal.

Wow, I'm impressed!!

I want to start by saying—I NEVER leave reviews. So the fact that I’m coming back a full month after my purchase to write this should tell you everything you need to know about how much I love this product.

A little background: I’ve been getting lash extensions every 1–4 weeks (depending on my shed cycle) for the past three years. I finally decided to stop—not only were my natural lashes starting to suffer, but the cost of upkeep was really adding up. I’ve been trying to save more and travel, so cutting back on beauty expenses was a must.

After doing a ton of research, I decided to try MoxieLash, and wow—I’m so glad I did! I ordered the starter kit with the Lady and Sultry lash clusters, along with some Lashies.

Ladies—if you're on the fence about trying these, don’t hesitate. I’m awful at applying traditional false lashes, but what drew me to MoxieLash was their glueless under-lash clusters. It took me a little time to get the hang of the placement on my first try, but once I did - GAME-CHANGER. I started with the Lady clusters and loved that I could go for a light or bold look just by stacking more.

Now, here’s what impressed me the most: these lashes lasted FOUR WEEKS! They're advertised to hold up for about a week, but I treated them like lash extensions—avoiding direct steam and water—and they stayed put from May 10th to June 6th. No touch-ups, no fall-out. Just amazing staying power!

I gave this a 4-star rating only because of one small thing: the glueless adhesive…

Game changer!

So it took a whole box for me to finally get how to put these clusters on! Now I love them. Still takes me 30 min or so but every application makes me faster and better. They last for approximately 7 days and my mornings are super easy now!
