  1. Apply an eyeshadow primer to your eyelid and set it with powder or eyeshadow. This step is optional, but it helps hold your makeup on longer.
  2. Shake your Magnetic Eyeliner before opening the bottle.
  3. Sweep the brush against the rim to remove any excess liner.
  4. Apply the liner from the inner corner to the outer corner of your lash line, allowing it to dry for three minutes.
  5. Grab your lash of choice from the Honey Kit and apply it directly to your fully dried Magnetic Liner.

After you make your purchase, it’s normal for it to take up to 48 hours for the shipment to be processed before it ships out, which isn’t included in the shipping times. Please do note, our warehouse is closed on the weekends and holidays so any orders made then will be processed on the following business day. 

  • You can file a claim through Route for a missing package if the tracking hasn’t updated within the 5 days of the last update. (For example: If the last update on your tracking is April 4th, then you can file your claim on April 6th.)
  • If your tracking shows delivered before reaching out we recommend waiting up to 24 hours. While it’s rare, tracking can be marked delivered by mistake and you could receive the package the next day.

Of course! MoxieLash Magnetic Eyeliner is typically safe for people with sensitive skin. Our formula has absolutely no heavy metals or parabens. It contains iron powder, which is non-toxic according to the EWG. If you have specific concerns or have recently undergone eye surgery, please consult your doctor.
First things first- prime your eyes! Primer is optional, but if you want your makeup to stay longer, you should do this and set your primer with a translucent powder or eyeshadow. Next, shake your Magnetic Eyeliner, then open and sweep the brush against the rim to remove any excess liner. Apply the liner from the inner corner to the outer corner of your eyelid, allowing the magnetic liquid liner to dry for three minutes. After three - five minutes, touch the back of your finger against the liner—if no residue comes off, it’s fully dry! Then, get your favorite pair of Moxie lashes and place them close to the liner to level up your lash game.
With proper care and storage, your MoxieLash lashes will last you 50 uses. Bionic Silk MoxieLash lashes will last up to 60 uses!
Lifted lash corners are NO fun. To tackle lifted corners, we recommend curling the lash band around your finger to bend the lash band itself. This helps loosen it up so that it flexes and contours to your eye shape. Another tip is adding a little extra liner in the stubborn area itself to keep your lash secure!
Are your lashes a little too long? Good news— they’re customizable! To trim your lashes, measure the lash on your eye before applying the Magnetic Liner and decide how much you need to trim off. Take our MoxieLash Scissors and snip off the excess from the outer corner flush to the last magnet. Then apply your liner and lashes like normal.

LOVE the ease of application

My friend helped me with the first time I put the lashes on, then I did it solo the second time. This picture is from our cruise -Elegant night. I LOVED how easily I was able to apply the liner and was surprised how simple the lashes were to put on. They looked much more natural than I thought they could. Now my sister-in-law is asking about them! Thank you for helping make my elegant night so pretty!

Sweeter than honey!
